IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have a VPS or Dedicated Server hosting account in order to make this script work!

1) To start, log in to your WHM control panel at your web host.

From the left hand menu:
- Click on IP FUNCTIONS,
- Click on ADD A NEW IP ADDRESS,
- Enter IP: 74.54.136.210
- Enter IP: 74.54.136.211
- Enter Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Click SUBMIT.

note: 74.54.136.210 and 74.54.136.211 are the IP addresses of the WHMCS servers!

Alternatively, you may wish to try a unverified method. (please report your success to the site freeshareall.com).

  2) Now that we've created an IP address, we now need to create a NEW account via WHM.


Then create an account by clicking "CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT" under Account Functions,
- Enter the domain name: whmcs.com
- Modify the username to: whmcscom
- Enter a complex password. (click 'Generate Password', as you only need to login to this area once.),
- Enter a contact email address to be the account contact. e.g. ken@freeshareall.com,
- Choose a package (don’t need),

-Tick box Select Options Manually (edit all info Quota, Bandwidth e.g.)

-Move to Settings below and tick the box Dedicated IP

-Select the IP Address 74.54.136.210
- Leave the remaining settings as their default and click CREATE.

 

By Logging in to WHM, create a new account. Make sure the username is 'whmcscom' and domain 'whmcs.com'.

Now that we've created this account, it will create a DNS entry for us. In the left menu, under DNS FUNCTIONS, click EDIT DNS ZONE, and choose WHMCS.COM, and click EDIT (or ok).

Once the EDIT DNS ZONE page has loaded (see screenshot), you will need to modify a few values. Changing them from '74.54.136.210' to either: 127.0.0.1, Localhost,

Modifying Zone whmcs.com

zone whmcs.com/IN: loaded serial 2009xxxxxxxx
OK

Bind reloading on Server Name using rndc zone: [whmcs.com]
Reconfiguring Local Mail: This server will serve as the primary mail exchanger for whmcs.com's mail.


Make sure you ""TICK"" the box at the bottom of the page "Always accept mail locally even if the primary mx does not point to this server. (Domain owned by USERNAME)"

 


3) Open your installed FTP application (download CuteFTP or FileZilla if required)

Log in to your FTP server.
Navigate to the new account WHMCSCOM's home folder - this should be /home/whmcscom/public_html/

Create the following directories within your /public_html/ folder, one at a time:
../~whmcscom/members/modules/servers/licensing/

Now create a new text file, and upload it to the final folder.
Call this file "verify.php".

4) Run "kendesign.php"  and open "verify.php" and add the following lines of text

5) Important Recommendations!

 

We recommend installing WHMCS to your root directory of a domain.

 

We will be installing WHMCS v4 with the licence key of "123456".

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The file above, "verify.php", must be saved to your installation directory or root folder.

Also save it to your "fake domain" we created in WHM to: ../~whmcscom/members/modules/servers/licensing/verify.php

 

It's that easy!


6) Double Check Everything!

Double check you have completed everything above, and once satisfied, click the button "Add My WHMCS License Now!" below.
